While most of our competitors can mass manufacture, the ability to mass manufacture a wide variety of products quickly is what sets us apart. Through the line, Xenon Technologies is a hard driver of product miniaturisation, cost reduction and on-time delivery. Our production plant in Batam alone produces 50% of the world’s Xenon flash lamps. In order to achieve high product-to-product consistency and unmatchable reliability, our manufacturing processes are tightly controlled so that mass production can be carried out in a cost effective way.

Mass Customisation
Our platform approach was developed as a result of our close collaboration with key customers with the shared understanding of industry needs and anticipated requirements.

Using the platform approach, Xenon Technologies is able to mass customise a wide variety of over 600 types of products to be produced in a single manufacturing line with minimum set up to meet the unique requirements of all our customers in the shortest time-to-market. With highly flexible automated product processes and machines in place, we can mass-customise our product offering and tailor them to specific customer application and specification at cost effective ways while responding in time to the world’s needs.

Simplifying the Process
As opposed to separate production of different components, we can add value to the production cycle for manufacturers with full integration. Again, our complete control of the process from concept to design to manufacturing gives us the advantage of maximising a product’s efficiency, while keeping the process lean, the cycle short and the cost effective.

Precision Cathode Production
We possess micron level precision in Cathode Production, which is the heart of the Xenon flash lamp. This is crucial to producing high performance cathode with proprietary metal and chemical formulation so that lamp performance is consistently high on a mass production level. This is why we’re able to produce the world’s smallest diameter lamp at a consistent quality.

Proprietary Precision Sealing
Also, state-of-the-art automatic glass sealing method with instantaneous close loop feedback system to ensure accurate control of all sealing parameters during mass production of each lamp is used to keep product variation at a minimum. This proprietary technology and precision control enables us to cost effectively mass-produce the world’s smallest lamp at the highest quality.

Tester Development
No product leaves Xenon Technologies untested. Other than strong capability in process and manufacturing machine design, we also have robust in-house tester development to develop functional testers. In-house testing facilities in Batam put all final products through stringent tests for reliability, efficiency and effectiveness. In short, we conduct 100% quality checks before the products are shipped to our customers. When quality does not meet the mark, we have Internal Failure Analysis capabilities to remedy the problem – an uncommon competency that further differentiates our dedication to quality.
