Research & Development: Eye on the Future
Since 1946, we pioneered the invention of the Xenon Strobe in Germany. Today, we’ve retained this German legacy of science and synergized it with state-of-the-art engineering. Our engineers not only develop complex technology, they also design software and hardware that keep the systems running.

Situated in the heart of a world-class research hub in Singapore, our R&D centre is closely linked to several research centers, universities and institutes to develop next-generation-technology. Tapping on our local and global R&D resources, we’re able to customize our findings to make newer and better products.

On top of this, we also work in close tandem with our tier-1 customers in terms of R&D. In fact, our close R&D relationship helps us to understand their future requirements and prompts us to develop our product and technology road map to support their new product planning, achieve miniaturization, performance and cost target specified in our Xenon flash module development mission.

We were the first to introduce the world’s smallest 1.3mm diameter Xenon lamp that gave the longest life performance at highest flash energy.
